WHAT IS NETBALL?
Netball is a fast, exciting seven-a-side game in which goals are scored by throwing a ball through a netted hoop.
Although it has been played throughout the world for more than 50 years, the sport is fairly new to the USA. For those who would like to learn the basics, take a look at the video on the left or visit the Netball America site for the full set of rules and regulations.

The small fees that we charge our netball players only sometimes meet the costly requirements we need to run the club in terms of court fees, equipment, and uniforms. Netball America is the parent organization and leading authority of netball in the USA. It is dedicated to the development and growth of netball within the United States and is focussed on expressing the benefits that playing netball can bring.

TRAINING
Houston Shooting Stars Netball Club is a not-for-profit organization focussed on providing a fun and social environment for all players in Houston.
We train at the new British International School of Houston, located in Katy, TX. Interested in joining us? Get in touch!
Whether you're committed to the sport, completely new to the game or haven't played netball for years - we welcome all levels (both guys and girls) to come and get fit and have fun with us!
